Description

You will analyze and evaluate dimensional measurement data for incoming components and finished products, ensure dimensional accuracy, and assess measurement outcomes from the production quality process perspective. You will identify deviations, determine root causes, and drive improvement actions to reduce nonconformity, while preparing analytical reports (problem, cause, solution). The role includes close collaboration with production, quality, and project teams, timely escalation of issues and risks, participation in customer meetings, and support for certifications and internal/product/customer audits.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate dimensional data for components and final products

• Assess measurement results regarding production quality process

• Identify deviations and find causes

• Propose and implement improvement actions to reduce nonconformity

• Prepare analytical reports (problem, cause, solution)

• Perform and evaluate dimensional accuracy checks

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and project teams

• Create and update required technical and quality documentation

• Escalate problems, deviations, delays, or risks to plant leadership in time

• Participate in meetings with customers

• Support preparations for and execution of certifications and internal/product/customer audits

Requirements

• Experience in a technology or quality department

• Technical education

• Project leadership experience in automotive

• Analytical and systematic thinking

• English language proficiency
