Responsibilities

• Evaluate, propose, and implement changes to realization (production) processes

• Plan, organize, and manage internal and external ISO audits

• Manage and handle customer complaints, including processing 8D reports

• Monitor performance, assess, and propose changes to streamline production processes

• Create specific testing instructions for non-standard orders

Requirements

• Experience in a similar technical position in quality or process engineering

• Knowledge of quality management tools (8D reports) and metrology practices

• Practical experience preparing for and conducting ISO audits

• Ability to make independent decisions and proactively resolve process nonconformities

• Technical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a systematic approach
