Description

You will take care of installations, service, and reliable operation of medical equipment for customers throughout the Czech Republic. The role includes fault diagnostics, finding suitable technical solutions, collaborating with manufacturer service teams, and providing customer consultations and operator training. You will also maintain service documentation and manage responsibility for spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service medical devices
• Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions
• Solve technical problems in cooperation with manufacturer service teams
• Communicate with customers and provide expert consultations
• Conduct user/operator training for medical equipment
• Maintain service documentation and related records
• Manage responsibility for assigned spare parts
• Travel to customers across the Czech Republic

Requirements

• Secondary technical education in a technical or electrical field
• Electrical engineering qualification according to current regulations
• At least 1 year of experience in servicing technical equipment
• Basic computer knowledge and basic knowledge of data networks
• Technical thinking, manual dexterity, and ability to resolve problems independently
• Professional, friendly customer-facing communication
• Carefulness, responsibility, and reliability
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Czech Republic; driver’s license group B
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English and communicate with foreign manufacturer service teams via email while solving issues
• Willingness to keep learning in the field of medical technologies
• Experience servicing medical devices is an advantage (not required)
