Description

As a WMS Implementation Consultant, you analyze warehouse and logistics processes, translate business requirements into scalable WMS solutions, and design/configure WMS processes to support operational excellence and growth.

You run customer workshops and solution design sessions, managing projects across blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. You also advise customers on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation, collaborating closely with international teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification

• Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or related logistics software

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments

• Experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles

• Strong, confident communication skills with stakeholders at different levels

• Willingness to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required

• Fluency in Czech and English (additional languages are an advantage)
