Description

Lead procurement activities across the group for IT and eCommerce, developing and executing the Group IT & eCommerce procurement strategy aligned with business priorities. Manage complex cross-border sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management while building strategic supplier relationships. Use spend, TCO, and performance analytics to identify optimization opportunities, drive value engineering initiatives, and report procurement KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities for ~130–140 m EUR annual spend across IT and eCommerce categories

  • Develop and execute the Group IT & eCommerce procurement strategy

  • Lead cross-border sourcing initiatives and strategic procurement projects across multiple markets

  • Drive commercial negotiations and contract management with global, regional, and local suppliers

  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to improve performance and enable innovation

  • Analyze procurement spend, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), supplier performance, and purchasing data

  • Conduct market intelligence, benchmark pricing, and monitor technology and market trends

  • Drive value engineering and Value Analysis by identifying alternative solutions and sourcing approaches

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance, procurement policies, legal and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor and report procurement KPIs, including savings and payment term improvements, supplier performance, contract compliance, spend under management, and complexity reduction

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic indirect procurement

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the IT category (required)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with varying local business maturity

  • Native Czech/Slovak and advanced English
