Join the SAP Platform Operations team as a Junior SAP Basis Administrator to help clients keep their SAP platforms secure, available, and running smoothly. You’ll work under senior guidance on monitoring, incident handling, routine changes, and maintenance tasks. The role also includes an individual training and certification path toward a more senior SAP Basis specialization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP)

• Resolve standard incidents, service requests, and routine changes at SAP Basis level

• Support system maintenance activities: patching, kernel and support package updates, client copies, transports

• Contribute to automation, task standardization, and documentation of operational procedures

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with SAP Basis or SAP system administration (scope set accordingly)

• Basic understanding of SAP HANA (or another database such as Oracle or MS SQL)

• Basic Linux administration knowledge (SUSE or Red Hat); Windows Server knowledge is a plus

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)

• Awareness of SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager (advantage)

• Interest in cloud fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and in scripting/automation

• Willingness and ability to develop technical skills long term and achieve certifications

• Very good written and spoken English

• University degree (Bc. and above) is nice to have
