Description

You will design and execute end-to-end business test scenarios based on real use cases for investment products, while preparing realistic test data and clearly reporting defects with business impact. The job includes validating financial calculations (e.g., NAV, returns, commissions, management fees) and verifying periodic statements, transaction summaries, and regulatory reports for supervisory authorities (including KNF). You will also support testing of system changes driven by audits and new legal regulations, including MiFID revisions, tax changes, and KNF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design test scenarios using real end-to-end business use cases

• Report and classify defects, prioritizing by business impact

• Prepare and synthesize realistic test data reflecting real business situations

• Create and run E2E tests across the full customer journey (e.g., register opening, unit purchase, valuation, redemption, tax settlement)

• Verify correctness of mathematical calculations in the system (NAV, returns, commissions, management fees)

• Test correctness of periodic statements, transaction reports, and regulatory reports for supervisory institutions (KNF)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business testing in the financial sector (investment funds, structured deposits)

• Experience with data migration validation for historical data, balances, investment positions, and customer profiles between systems

• Experience implementing and testing system changes from audits or new legal regulations (e.g., MiFID revisions, capital gains tax updates, KNF requirements)

• Experience testing complex architectures where the investment system integrates with core banking and CRM systems

• Experience coordinating other business testers or Key Users

• Ability to independently create a UAT Test Plan, estimate effort, manage risk, and define entry/exit criteria

• Experience reporting testing status and presenting deployment risks to business leadership and steering committees

• Practical knowledge of investment funds (TFI), structured deposits, and pension products (IKE/IKZE)

• Understanding of the investment transaction lifecycle and corporate actions (income payments, unit splits)

• Understanding regulatory requirements including MiFID suitability questionnaires, customer risk profiling, and AML transaction monitoring

• Knowledge of Belka tax rules and tax-advantaged accounts (e.g., OKI)

• Ability to independently write SQL queries to verify balances, positions, and transaction history in databases

• Knowledge of MS Excel and Jira
