Description

You will co-create Tax Technology products—from discovery and defining requirements to supporting implementation and validating delivered solutions with business users. The role combines requirement modeling (functional and non-functional), regulatory-change analysis, and analysis of electronic invoice lifecycle scenarios. You will also work on integration requirements and API-based solutions in close collaboration with an Agile (DSDM) development team.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create technology products: identify user needs and run discovery, define requirements and development direction, support deployment, and validate the solution
  • Collect, analyze, and model functional and non-functional requirements; prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize backlog
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders at different organizational levels; analyze user needs, business processes, and automation opportunities
  • Contribute to digitization projects for tax reporting and e-invoicing (e.g., KSeF, JPK, ViDA), translating regulatory changes into requirements, business logic, and backlog
  • Analyze business scenarios for issuing, receiving, validating, and monitoring electronic invoice statuses; collaborate with tax experts during implementation
  • Analyze and document integration requirements between systems (e.g., clients’ ERP, KSeF, workflow platforms, and other Tax Technology solutions)
  • Analyze data structures and business/technical messages (XML, JSON) and support the design and testing of API-based integrations
  • Work closely with developers in Agile (DSDM): clarify requirements, support project decisions, analyze impact of changes, and accept functional deliverables
  • Coordinate application testing, verify outcomes, handle errors, and validate the solution with business users
  • Research, analyze documentation and data, model and optimize processes, and maintain project/technical documentation (BPMN, UML, application screen designs)
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of marketing/product materials and intranet/internet pages
  • Run multiple projects in parallel with different complexity and priority levels while working across business, product, and technology

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a project/IT environment
  • Experience in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and co-creating technology solutions
  • Independence and proactivity in leading projects and product areas, including priority management
  • Ability to spot missing information, actively obtain it, and translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working with business, IT, and senior management
  • Experience running presentations and workshops and working in Agile
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with process modeling tools (Enterprise Architect)
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, and Agile methodologies
  • Very good English (spoken and written)
