Description

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Odoo Enterprise-based solutions, while also making key technical architecture decisions and supporting the development team. The role includes designing modular architecture, business logic, and data models, integrating Odoo with external systems, and ensuring security, scalability, and production quality. You will also lead engineering execution through planning, code review, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular architecture, data models, and business logic in Odoo
• Develop, integrate, and maintain production Odoo Enterprise deployments
• Own architectural decisions and ensure quality and scalability
• Integrate Odoo with external systems (including Keycloak, External KMS, Fireblocks)
• Work with PostgreSQL databases
• Ensure data security: encryption in transit, encryption at rest, field-level encryption (FLE), and secure backups
• Develop and use Odoo frontend layer and reporting mechanisms
• Lead the project technically: planning, code reviews, and defining developer standards
• Support and mentor the development team

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Python
• Strong knowledge of Odoo Enterprise supported by production implementation/maintenance experience
• Experience designing modular architecture, data models, and business logic following SOLID and Odoo best practices
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with data security: encryption in transit and at rest, selected fields (FLE), and performing and securing backups
• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems; Keycloak, External KMS, and/or Fireblocks experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Odoo frontend layer and reporting mechanisms
• Experience in a Technical Lead role (technical ownership of the project)
• Ability to make architectural decisions, plan work, conduct code reviews, and define technical standards
• Experience mentoring other developers
• English level at least B2
