Head of Product (AI)

About the role

This is a fully on-site position in the Warsaw city centre, requiring work from the office 5 days a week. Remote and hybrid work are not available.

Description

You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with the CEO and CTO on product strategy. You will manage Product Managers and collaborate daily with design and engineering teams.

Your main goal is to turn business ideas into successful products, decide what is most important, and help the team deliver solutions that enterprise customers can trust.

Responsibilities

• Help define product strategy together with the CEO and CTO.
• Plan and prioritize new product ideas and features.
• Lead, hire, and support a team of Product Managers.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to develop products from idea to release.
• Focus on delivering business value by choosing the most important features.
• Build AI products that are reliable, secure, and trusted by enterprise customers.
• Make product decisions based on customer feedback and business results.
• Use AI tools during research, planning, and product development.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading product teams and managing Product Managers.
• Ability to turn business strategy into successful products.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of user needs.
• Knowledge of security and enterprise software requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools in everyday product work.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agent systems for real users.
• Experience creating products for large enterprise customers with high reliability and security requirements.
• Technical knowledge that helps you work closely with engineering teams.
