Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects—from discovery through production—covering GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement. Serve as the bridge between technology and business, ensuring successful delivery of expected outcomes and delivered value.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into delivery plans (business cases, project purpose, expected outcomes, delivered value)

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI and ML)

• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget

• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders

• Act as the main client delivery contact and build trusted relationships

• Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI

• Mentor team members and promote delivery excellence and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills

• 3+ years of GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)

• 3+ years of prior engineering experience (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)

• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data management fundamentals

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and collaborate closely with solution architects
