Description

Lead and support a team of SAP Logistics experts, overseeing SAP Logistics operations and driving global strategic initiatives. Manage the employee lifecycle and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to craft proposals and statements of work. Act as a direct customer contact for delivery matters, including team performance and project timelines/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Logistics expert teams by providing direction and oversight of SAP Logistics operations
• Build, nurture, and scale high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
• Drive employee lifecycle activities: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation
• Contribute to business growth through global strategic initiatives within the discipline
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP Logistics projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Handle direct customer relationships related to delivery, team performance, and project timelines/schedules
• Maintain expert-level SAP Logistics knowledge and ensure adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in SAP Logistics leadership
• Proven track record leading complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Experience delivering multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with direct customer-facing responsibility
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
• English fluency at B2+ level or higher
