Description

You will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of a global Identity and Access Management platform, including integrating applications, improving governance, and scaling the environment aligned with a cloud-first infrastructure strategy. The work includes designing role-based access control, automating recurring identity/infrastructure tasks, and ensuring highly available access-related services. You will document technical solutions, automation workflows, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve global identity and access management services across cloud and on-premises environments

• Integrate new internal and external applications, including single sign-on solutions

• Design and implement role-based access control concepts for improved governance and operational efficiency

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive identity and infrastructure projects from concept through implementation

• Automate recurring tasks using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code

• Advise internal teams on applying identity and access management best practices

• Support highly available business services tied to access management and security/compliance configurations

• Document solutions, automation workflows, operational procedures, and configuration decisions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a comparable IAM platform

• Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML)

• At least 3 years of scripting experience (ideally Python)

• At least 1 year of infrastructure-as-code (preferably Terraform)

• Basic experience with APIs and integrating applications with identity platforms

• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
