• Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the Warsaw city center office)
• Compensation: Up to 800 PLN net/day depending on experience/competencies (or UOP if preferred)

Description

You will help design, implement, and administer advanced cloud and Modern Workplace IT solutions for business clients, covering cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid models. You will support sales by preparing technical parts of offers, develop IT solution concepts aligned with business and technical requirements, and create project documentation including LLD and post-implementation materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and contribute to sales and product proposals, including technical substance
• Implement advanced IT solutions and services for business clients
• Administer delivered solutions across Cloud, On-premises, and Hybrid environments
• Develop IT solution concepts meeting business and technical requirements
• Support the sales process with technical offer components and participate in client meetings
• Prepare project documentation: technical designs (LLD) and post-implementation documentation

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft on-premises: Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, SQL, SCCM
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions
• Experience in the IT industry confirmed by a portfolio of implemented projects
• Experience assessing IT environments for migration to cloud services
• Knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies
• Higher technical education (IT/telecommunications or related)
• English proficiency to understand technical documentation
