Description

Take technical ownership of corporate network infrastructure by defining network architecture and standards across LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments. Drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Ansible, Python, Terraform (or similar), and provide technical leadership for complex infrastructure projects globally. Serve as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, leading root-cause analysis and systemic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve corporate network architecture across LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments

• Define network engineering standards, reference architectures, and a technical roadmap

• Design scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions across on-premises and cloud

• Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible, Python, Terraform (or similar)

• Lead technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and complex cross-team infrastructure initiatives

• Escalate and lead root-cause analysis for complex incidents

• Mentor engineers and maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network engineering for complex enterprise environments

• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, segmentation, and 802.1X/NAC

• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM

• Strong experience with Ansible, Python, Terraform (or similar) for network automation and Infrastructure as Code

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud and hybrid networking architectures

• Strong understanding of network security, resiliency, high availability, monitoring, and capacity planning

• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus (or equivalent)

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable technical solutions

• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and making architectural decisions across multiple teams

• Ability to mentor experienced engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
