Description

Design application architecture and detailed functionality for information-technology systems used in a public-sector electronic monitoring solution. Create and maintain project documentation and system models using UML and BPMN, collaborating with business analysts, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide subject-matter oversight for software delivery and support acceptance processes and acceptance testing for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design application architecture and detailed functionality for IT and teleinformatics systems

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and system models using UML and BPMN

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Provide technical oversight of software development and deployment for compliance with the approved design

• Support acceptance processes and acceptance testing for key systems

Requirements

• Hold at least one of: OCUP2 (OMG Certified UML Professional 2), OCEB2 (OMG Certified Expert in Business Process Management 2), CPRE (IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) or an equivalent certificate

• Documented experience in application design within the last 3 years

• Participation in at least 2 IT projects covering the full lifecycle: design → implementation → deployment

• For each of the at least 2 projects: value at least 5,000,000 PLN gross (excluding hardware deliveries and off-the-shelf software)
