Description

Support and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with SAP ERP systems. Analyze integration interfaces, business rules, and employee data replication processes to ensure reliable, compliant data flows. Investigate and resolve issues across SAP CPI, IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV integrations while maintaining mapping logic and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with SAP ERP systems
• Analyze integration interfaces, business rules, and employee data replication processes
• Investigate and resolve integration issues involving SAP CPI, IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV
• Perform SAP ABAP debugging and analyze SAP HR transactions to identify replication issues
• Maintain mapping logic, validate data quality, and support testing activities
• Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and application owners to ensure reliable data flows
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
• Solid knowledge of SAP integrations: IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV
• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging and SAP HR troubleshooting transactions
• Experience supporting employee data replication between Employee Central and SAP ERP
• Strong understanding of integration mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Professional level of English
