Description

Lead and govern enterprise integration solutions using SAP CPI and related middleware capabilities. You will drive proof of concepts, quality assurance of integration build standards, and mentoring to ensure robust and timely delivery. You will also promote reuse of integration assets and collaborate with solution and functional stakeholders to advance integration modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure robust integration delivery through quality assurance practices and governance of build standards

  • Promote reuse of existing integration assets and patterns

  • Remove blockers and drive progress to complete integration initiatives on time

  • Mentor developers to uplift integration maturity and overall technical excellence

  • Facilitate collaboration using Kanban boards and pull-based task models

  • Serve as point of contact for integration and backlog topics, working with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Integration Leads

  • Support enterprise modernization via proof of concepts, demos, and exposure to emerging technologies

  • Work with Operations to identify improvement areas, optimize integration flows, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in middleware development or integration architecture in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments

  • Expertise in SAP CPI (iPaaS platform), including SAP CPI, MFT, APIs, and CI/CD/DevOps tooling for SAP CPI

  • Experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh or Solace

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Ability to coach teams and drive a strategic delivery culture

  • Fluent English proficiency (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher) in written and oral communication
