Description

You will contribute to designing and delivering an end-to-end monitoring project, improving application monitoring maturity and enabling a repeatable, scalable monitoring model. The role involves DevOps initiatives and CI/CD improvements using observability and container technologies. You will also promote DevOps culture and stay informed about technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a cross-functional monitoring project across infrastructure, application, and end-to-end process monitoring

• Improve the maturity of application monitoring practices

• Define a framework for a repeatable and scalable monitoring model

• Support technical activities and implement CI/CD practices

• Lead DevOps initiatives and innovation topics for applications

• Increase team autonomy and expertise regarding development practices

• Advocate and promote DevOps culture within teams

• Maintain awareness of technological trends and innovations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field

• Proficiency with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

• Strong experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration

• Solid infrastructure background with services such as PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and continuous delivery practices

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Git

• Advanced level of English
