Description

You will independently analyze business requirements and translate them into ICT/OT solution concepts and designs. You will design applications, system architecture, and databases, oversee implementation-related development work, and monitor the quality of source code. You will also develop and maintain a data warehouse, prepare documentation and test cases, and supervise acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent analysis of business requirements and translate them into ICT/OT solution concepts and designs
• Design applications, system architecture, and databases
• Coordinate development work related to solution implementation
• Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions and support existing solutions
• Participate in projects developing services and deploying new solutions supporting daily operations
• Verify, optimize, and supervise source code quality
• Create project, technical, and user documentation
• Prepare test cases and run and supervise acceptance tests
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, and external software providers
• Support deployment and maintenance processes for systems

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining ICT and OT systems
• Experience performing independent business analysis and designing solutions
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to anticipate the consequences of decisions
• Experience planning, conducting, and supervising tests
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external software providers
• Very good communication and organizational skills
