Description

You will design, develop, and maintain the architecture of information systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. You will define integrations, choose technologies and architectural patterns, and supervise that implementations comply with the agreed architecture. You will analyze existing solutions, assess risks, and support end-to-end observability and API governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design IT system architecture in line with business and technical needs

• Create and maintain architectural documentation and design standards

• Analyze existing solutions and recommend directions for evolution

• Define integrations between systems and select appropriate technologies and architectural patterns

• Collaborate with business, analytics, development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams

• Ensure implemented solutions comply with the adopted architecture

• Identify technology risks and propose mitigation approaches

• Participate in evaluating and selecting technologies, tools, and vendors

• Support teams in solving complex technical problems

• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and supervising system architecture

• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring

• Ability to design scalable, secure, fault-tolerant distributed architectures

• Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices

• Experience with cloud and infrastructure automation

• Ability to run code reviews, mentoring, and architecture workshops

• Co-create technology roadmaps and assess risks

• Experience with end-to-end observability

• Practical knowledge of API governance

• Practical knowledge of DDD

• Experience with event-driven architecture

• English language skills at least B2

• Ability to provide services from Poland
