Description

Lead the design and development of embedded software architecture for advanced automotive systems. Own key technical decisions, implement embedded C software compliant with ISO 26262, and integrate AUTOSAR components using Vector tooling. Collaborate with international engineering teams and maintain automotive process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make key technical decisions for software development

• Develop embedded software in C according to ISO 26262

• Integrate software components in AUTOSAR-based projects

• Implement software infrastructure aligned with architectural assumptions

• Create and maintain documentation compliant with Automotive SPICE

• Participate in architecture and code/project reviews

• Develop and maintain software for Application Bootloader, Boot Manager, Hardware Security Module, and Boot Updater

• Support activities related to maintaining IATF 16949 standards

• Design and develop software architecture for Electronic Power Steering and Steer by Wire systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development or embedded systems architecture

• Very good C programming knowledge

• Experience designing software architecture for automotive systems

• Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR and Vector tools/stacks

• Experience with Flash Bootloader development and integration, especially Vector-based solutions

• Experience working with Renesas Infineon or TIR microcontrollers

• Understanding of functional safety concepts per ISO 26262

• Ability to communicate in English in an international environment

• Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) or CMMI

• Availability for 100% onsite work in Tychy
