  • Lead, develop, and mentor embedded software engineers

  • Plan workload, allocate resources, and create the team technology roadmap

  • Define and improve development processes based on the V-model and align them with other departments

  • Own the architecture, implementation, and verification of real-time motor-control software (FOC/vector control, torque/speed strategies)

  • Develop highly reliable C firmware for TI C2000 and ARM Cortex platforms

  • Supervise AC motor control algorithms, including sensorless control, modulation strategies, and coordination with power electronics

  • Ensure robust implementation of communication and diagnostics: CAN, TRDP, SPI, I2C, plus required interfaces for railway inverters

  • Oversee software verification, Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, commissioning activities, and documentation across all project stages

  • Coordinate with systems, test, commissioning, and vehicle-integration engineers

  • Ensure software architecture compliance with railway standards, safety requirements, and real-time limits

  • Represent the team as a technical expert in client projects, technical reviews, audits, and discussions

Requirements
