Description

Support a finance transformation programme migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud Fusion, focusing on the Enterprise Data Planning (EDP) platform. You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into deliverables, and support end-to-end testing (SIT and UAT) while enabling business change and providing analytical insights. You will work closely with finance, technology, and business stakeholders across multiple EMEA entities.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into actionable project deliverables
  • Develop and present activity plans and recommendations for senior management approval
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed specifications
  • Support finance transformation and change management with accurate documentation and status reporting
  • Deliver project activities aligned to programme objectives across workstreams; maintain communication
  • Prepare, execute, review, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage stakeholder expectations; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and support solution design
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams to ensure Oracle Fusion EDP meets business needs
  • Provide data analysis and reporting support for strategic decision-making and forecasting

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion EDP modules within Corporate & Investment Banking environments
  • Strong understanding of revenue allocation, cost allocation, and forecasting methodologies
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
  • Degree-level education in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline
  • Demonstrable experience supporting finance transformation and change programmes in the banking sector
  • Experience leading or facilitating business requirements workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Strong background in data-driven projects and business analysis
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and financial interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of accounting treatments for vanilla banking products
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and exposure to Oracle EBS General Ledger (GL) environments
  • Strong SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to stakeholders at all levels
