Description

Design and develop AI-powered security agents that support SOC operations, automating security investigations, alert triage, and incident response workflows. Build solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services, integrating agents with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Data Explorer (ADX) to improve investigation efficiency. The goal is to reduce alert fatigue and improve MTTD and MTTR using enterprise-scale security and operational data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered security agents for SOC operations

• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Monitor

• Automate security investigations, alert triage, and incident response workflows

• Develop agents capable of generating and executing KQL queries for security analysis and threat hunting

• Enrich security events with contextual information and threat intelligence

• Correlate security data from multiple sources to improve detection and investigation efficiency

• Create integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps

• Enhance AI agents for functionality, reliability, performance, maintainability, and security

Requirements

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI

• Proficiency in Python for AI agent development and automation

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks

• Experience with Microsoft Security technologies (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, Azure Monitor)

• Understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring

• Strong knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL)

• Experience integrating AI agents with REST APIs and automation workflows (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
