Description

The project covers design and development of AI agents that automate SOC operations using an Azure-based environment. Agents will be orchestrated in a multi-agent workflow (triage → data enrichment → reporting), integrated with Microsoft Sentinel and related Microsoft security/data services, and improved through operational feedback with responsible AI mechanisms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI agents on Azure AI Foundry (agent logic, tools configuration, multi-agent orchestration triage → enrichment → reporting)
  • Test and improve accuracy, reliability, and performance based on operational feedback
  • Implement responsible AI mechanisms: guardrails, hallucination controls, and auditing of agent decisions
  • Integrate agents with APIs: Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Data Explorer, Defender XDR, Logic Apps, Azure Functions to automate actions and enrich data with threat intelligence
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying and versioning agent code; diagnose logic-related AI errors with a response time not exceeding 2 hours during business hours
  • Develop and tune prompt templates for automatic investigations, incident summaries, and recommendations for SOC analysts
  • Document solution architecture, agent logic, prompts, evaluation results, and operational instructions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the AI Engineer role, including experience in building AI agents
  • Experience producing AI agents in Python, including knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering techniques, and work with LLMs
  • Strong knowledge of KQL and experience with Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and large-scale security telemetry
  • Practical knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services in the context of building AI agents
  • Understanding of SOC operations, incident response, and threat hunting
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Preferred: experience in data engineering (JSON processing, ingestion, enrichment, normalization)
  • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Security stack (Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, Azure Monitor)
  • Preferred: practice with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/SDLC approach
  • Preferred: knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation
