Description

You will help identify savings and optimize transport concepts in customers’ supply chains. The work includes analyzing data and processes using specialized software, spotting weak points in transport networks, and developing/assessing optimization scenarios. You will present and help implement the final concept for both management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Find and create savings in customers’ supply networks

• Perform analyses and evaluate data and established processes using specialized software

• Identify bottlenecks in transportation networks

• Develop and evaluate optimization scenarios

• Present and implement the final concept with management and customers

• Provide system support during setup or modifications (if needed)

Requirements

• University degree in economics, logistics, transportation, or international trade (or secondary education with at least 3 years of relevant experience)

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or automotive (relevant internships count)

• Analytical, conceptual, and structured working style

• Communicative English; German is an advantage

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Interest in supply chain and transportation and enjoyment of working with numbers

• Motivation to work in an international team and a dynamic environment
