Description

Entry-level, on-site Systems Engineering and Test role supporting telemetry integration, operation, maintenance, and mission test events at White Sands Missile Range. You will troubleshoot and assist in repairing components using schematics and test equipment, set up telemetry equipment, and analyze collected data to produce customer deliverable reports. Occasional travel and extended hours (including weekends/holidays) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on integration, operation, and maintenance of air and missile defense assets

• Troubleshoot and assist with component repair using schematics and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes)

• Support data collection: set up/break down telemetry equipment, analyze data using MATLAB and Dewsoft, and create deliverable reports

• Support mission execution test events for radars or missile flight tests, including travel to test sites

Requirements

• Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM major by start date

• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to start date

• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
