Description

ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow platform experience to support client-aligned digital service design work. This role focuses on designing and supporting user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating closely with delivery teams to create usable, scalable solutions. The position is part-time and on-call, supporting specific projects as needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, portals, and interfaces
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow designs
• Apply UX best practices while working within ServiceNow platform constraints and patterns
• Create and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, and interaction designs aligned to ServiceNow capabilities
• Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented
• Participate in client and internal design reviews and incorporate feedback iteratively
• Support multiple short-term efforts in a fast-paced consulting environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design experience, including hands-on experience designing and building solutions in ServiceNow
• 3+ years of experience working within enterprise platforms or design systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance
• US citizenship required; must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform work in the US

Benefits

• Pay range (full-time equivalent): $81,499.00–$138,549.00 (final pay depends on experience, skills, certifications/competencies, education, and contract labor-category factors)
