Description

You will lead the long-term strategy and hands-on architecture for an enterprise Developer Insights domain with a focus on distributed AI telemetry, real-time data engineering, and ML/AI intelligence. The role scales a vendor-agnostic AI impact telemetry platform into an enterprise “Mission Control” layer that captures, analyzes, and optimizes human‑AI collaboration outcomes. You will deploy inference capabilities such as LLM-as-a-Judge scoring, correlate telemetry with business metrics, and enforce privacy-by-design through automated PII masking and secret filtering.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Architect the enterprise roadmap for distributed AI telemetry, streaming data engineering, and automated developer insight frameworks.

• Enterprise Scaling & Telemetry: Evolve the internal developer telemetry platform from an Agent Hook architecture into a stateless, low-latency utility handling billions of high-fidelity events across global regions.

• ML/AI & Intelligence Layer: Deploy advanced inference, including LLM-as-a-Judge models, to score code complexity, categorize AI use cases, and compute TrueThroughput and ROI for generative AI tools.

• Data Engineering & Architecture: Own end-to-end data strategy moving from batch reporting to real-time event-driven architectures using a Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) structure feeding an enterprise data lake.

• Business Metric Correlation: Link AI code density and telemetry to business outcomes (e.g., lowering feature lead time and PR cycle time) without compromising quality and risk requirements.

• Risk & Privacy Governance: Implement privacy-by-design including automated PII masking, token management, and secret filtering.

• Culture & Technical Contribution: Prototype systems, evaluate build vs. buy, author code patterns, and mentor principal and senior engineers.
