Description

Join the UK Regional team with responsibility for developing relationships with new logos and selected existing accounts. Build relationships with IT and business decision-makers to provide solutions and deploy project teams. The role requires logical, self-starting individuals who take ownership from start to finish and learn from mistakes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Focus on business development and account penetration.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Financial Services MD and C-level executives, forge new relationships, and provide client solutions.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across cold, new, and existing accounts, tailoring the sales approach to industry trends, client needs, and market themes.
  • Independently use research, market trends, and platforms such as HubSpot to identify opportunities and drive engagement.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, and drive deals forward to exceed quota.
  • Win new business, grow key accounts, and build long-term, value-driven relationships.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ consultancy sales experience, ideally in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Commodities.
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new clients.
  • Experience creating client-specific, industry-aligned, or trend-led business development strategies.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and justify business development ideas.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with strong qualification skills.
  • Proven cross-selling experience.
  • Analytical ability, including forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting sales data.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
  • Curiosity about new markets, empathy, and sound judgement.

Other Details
