Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure components that power next-generation AI workloads. Coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to deliver at hyperscale, working with leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Support scaling the infrastructure footprint across the United States market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations

  • Define and manage scope, schedule, and risks; focus on critical paths and proactive issue resolution

  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables

  • Oversee vendor and contractor execution to ensure quality, budget, and schedule

  • Provide structured program reporting (dashboards, documentation, and executive updates)

Technical Scope & Expectations

  • Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure delivery for data center environments

  • Comfort working across multiple layers of infrastructure: data center readiness (power, cooling, space, networking dependencies), compute infrastructure (large-scale server deployments; GPU systems a plus), networking fabrics (e.g., InfiniBand), cabling and integration dependencies, and commissioning/bring-up (validation, burn-in testing, readiness criteria)

  • Confidently engage in technical discussions; identify infrastructure readiness and sequencing risks; challenge assumptions and drive resolution

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management with direct involvement in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments

  • Solid technical background relevant to infrastructure domains; ability to engage deeply in technical discussions

  • Proven ability to stay focused on critical paths and deliver in fast-paced, changing environments

  • Communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex topics clearly

  • Leadership by influence in cross-functional/matrixed teams

  • Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana; hybrid Agile/Waterfall)

Compensation

  • $115K to $275K OTE (base + performance bonus)
