Description

You will contribute to the long-term development of the company’s own ERP product used by many organizations across the Czech Republic. The role emphasizes product thinking, ownership of selected system areas, and involvement in important technical decisions rather than working only on isolated tickets. You’ll collaborate with developers, analysts, and customers and gradually become an expert for your domain.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement new functionality across the ERP system

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into meaningful technical solutions

• Think about architecture and long-term product evolution

• Participate in key technical decisions

• Communicate with engineering, analysts, and customers

• Gradually take responsibility for a selected area of the system and act as its technical expert

• Share experience with the team and actively influence how work is done

Requirements

• Experience with development of ERP, CRM, or other information systems

• Experience designing databases and data models

• Ability to analyze business requirements

• Ability to design functional and sustainable solutions

• Experience communicating with users or customers
