Description

You will help build a large, tightly connected ERP platform covering ordering, inventory, procurement, sales, pricing, logistics, accounting, and integrations. The role emphasizes understanding the product and the customer problem, then designing and delivering solutions that fit into the whole system—not just implementing tickets. The team primarily uses .NET with VB.NET/C# and Windows Forms, and also applies AI to automate and assist development.

Responsibilities

• Understand the underlying problem behind customer needs

• Propose and design solutions

• Deliver features into the production ERP product

• Gradually take ownership of a specific product area

Requirements

• Understand the product and business intent, not only the source code

• Learn and apply the ERP domain knowledge and think across related areas

• Communicate and collaborate with developers and customers

• Take increasing responsibility for your part of the product
