Description

You will lead workshops and business interviews to identify and define business and system requirements for ERP solutions. You will translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, model business processes, and prepare analytical specs including data processing and reporting/analytics requirements. You will collaborate with vendors, developers, and testers to verify alignment with project assumptions and user needs, including support for UAT.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and business interviews to identify and define business and system requirements

  • Analyze internal and external documentation and translate business needs into system solutions

  • Define, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements

  • Model business processes and identify areas for optimization

  • Create analytical specifications for ERP development

  • Define data processing algorithms and reporting/analytics requirements

  • Collaborate with software vendors, developers, and testers to ensure solutions match business requirements

  • Verify delivered solutions against project assumptions and user requirements

  • Support business users during UAT

  • Participate in development and maintenance of SAFO jERP, especially warehouse and logistics processes

  • Contribute to ERP rollout projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in System Analysis or Business-System Analysis

  • Practical knowledge of requirement elicitation, analysis, and management methods

  • Software engineering knowledge and requirements modeling experience

  • Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations

  • Experience implementing, developing, or maintaining ERP systems

  • Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes

  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems independently

  • Very good communication and organizational skills

  • English knowledge enabling work with documentation and vendors

  • Independence in delivering tasks and effective teamwork

  • Willingness for occasional business travel
