Description

You will be responsible for the functionality and correctness of simulation systems by integrating new software versions into working packages, analyzing and verifying complex bugs (including occasional debugging), and preparing test environments for QA specialists. The role also includes testing new SW and HW features and system tests, working with hardware (PCs and military device replicas), and supporting customer installations/demos when needed. Daily collaboration with FE/BE, cloud, mobile, and FW/HW developers and QA specialists is central to the job.

Responsibilities

• Integrate new versions of software components into functional software/hardware packages
• Analyze problems, create and verify complex bugs (including occasional debugging)
• Prepare test environments for QA specialists
• Test new SW and HW features and perform system testing
• Work with hardware components (PCs, military device replicas)
• Participate in installations of final simulators at customer sites (bases, demos, technical presentations)
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams in Brno and Israel

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Application Engineer, SysAdmin, etc.) OR a technical university degree (open to graduates)
• General IT proficiency across infrastructure tasks (IP configuration, OS installation, networking)
• Proactive and independent working style with strong analytical thinking to investigate causes
• Fluent English for daily communication
