Description

Lead end-to-end testing and quality control for information systems supporting EU-funded public sector programs. Own the test strategy and quality assurance/quality control activities, execute hands-on testing, analyze defects and quality metrics, and continuously improve quality processes. Coordinate test campaigns (integration, security, load, performance) and present quality results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Analyze requirements to identify test conditions and build comprehensive test cases with clear acceptance criteria
• Perform systematic manual testing to confirm completed functionalities meet requirements and are fit for use
• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects
• Create test scenarios and scripts, and execute tests
• Coordinate test campaigns covering integration, security, load, and performance testing
• Define, develop, manage, and report all aspects of testing quality (strategy, plans, and results)
• Create and maintain IS Quality Control procedures
• Develop, maintain, and execute Quality Assurance plans
• Participate in defining Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Perform system quality evaluation activities, including audits, process reviews, and metric analysis
• Analyze defect metrics and quality trends to identify root causes
• Recommend quality improvements and support development of quality processes with engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of higher education
• Minimum 12 years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in EU Cohesion Policy and Structural Funds, including experience with at least two of: ERDF, ESF+, Cohesion Fund, Just Transition Fund
• Minimum 8 years of experience testing information systems (IS testing)
• Minimum 8 years of experience: Java, Jira, SQL, Postman, SoapUI
• Minimum 7 years of experience: Selenium, Git, JavaScript
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Camunda
• English proficiency: C1+
• French proficiency: B1+
• Excellent skills in preparing clear, structured, comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams
• Willingness to attend meetings in multiple languages
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and environments
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• ISTQB certification (e.g., CTFL, Agile Tester, Mobile Application Tester)
