Description

Develop and refine enterprise vulnerability management reporting solutions that turn vulnerability data into actionable risk insights. Build Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports, analyze trends, and support governance and regulatory audit needs with accurate data and documentation. Contribute to reporting improvements and the definition/measurement of Key Control Indicators (KCIs) for vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain vulnerability management reports and dashboards in Power BI and SQL

  • Perform thematic data analysis to continuously improve reporting capabilities

  • Export and produce operational reports from large datasets, ensuring clarity and consistency

  • Provide commentary highlighting key trends, risks, and business implications

  • Handle ad hoc data requests and conduct trend analysis for management decisions

  • Validate data accuracy, resolve variances, and implement action plans

  • Develop vulnerability management metrics, including KCIs

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen vulnerability controls through metric innovation

  • Support governance meetings and regulatory audits with precise data and documentation

  • Participate in management discussions to interpret reports and underlying insights

  • Maintain SOPs and documentation for vulnerability reporting processes

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards in Power BI

  • Proficiency in SQL with understanding of logical/physical data modeling

  • Experience with Azure cloud services (Databricks, SQL Analytics)

  • Cybersecurity knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and the vulnerability management lifecycle

  • Intermediate VBA scripting/programming skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, formulas, pivot tables, large dataset handling)

  • Familiarity with scanning technologies such as Nessus, SAST, DAST, and MAST

  • Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior management

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships

  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence

  • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and shifting priorities

  • Fluent English (written and oral)

  • Existing legal right to work in the European Union
