Description

You will support the development of security-focused project proposals and solution architectures across a range of cybersecurity initiatives. The role combines security architecture, risk assessment, threat modeling, technical proposal development, and stakeholder management—translating complex security challenges into practical, scalable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop security architectures and design methodologies for proposed solutions
• Prepare threat models, security requirements, risk assessments, and control frameworks
• Translate technical and business risks into clear security recommendations
• Develop security proposals covering: Application Lifecycle Management
• Develop security proposals covering: Vulnerability Management and Tanium
• Develop security proposals covering: WDAC / Microsoft Defender Application Control
• Develop security proposals covering: Entra ID and Active Directory backup & recovery
• Develop security proposals covering: Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
• Develop security proposals covering: Web Application Security
• Create security architecture documentation, questionnaires, and baseline security models
• Prepare technical security reports and present recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Support and mentor other security team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Architect in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, threat modeling, risk management, and security controls
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and Tanium
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and WDAC
• Experience with cloud security / CSPM and web application security
• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Rubrik experience is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, SABSA, CISM) are an advantage
