Description

Support organizations in building cybersecurity capabilities through risk management processes and tailored identity solutions. You will analyze identity-related processes, gather and document business/technical requirements, configure and extend IDM/IAM solutions, and help manage access lifecycle processes. You will also support integrations with Active Directory and Entra ID and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze identity processes covering user roles and permissions
• Collect and document business and technical requirements
• Configure and develop IDM/IAM solutions
• Create scripts to extend IDM/IAM functionality
• Define and manage processes for granting, changing, and revoking access
• Support integration of IDM with Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, and business applications
• Analyze errors and support problem resolution
• Collaborate with clients and IT/cybersecurity teams; support less experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IDM/IAM, cybersecurity, system administration, or IT integration
• Practical knowledge of at least one IDM/IAM solution
• Understanding of Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes, RBAC, role management, and access reviews
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SQL, API, or SCIM
• Ability to analyze requirements independently and prepare documentation
• English language skills at least B2
