Description

Enhance Information Technology capabilities to support transformation and operational adjustments that deliver greater value to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• User Provisioning: Automate user creation, modification, provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management across connected platforms.
• System Integration: Connect SAP IDM with SAP ECC and S/4HANA using ABAP connectors.
• Workflow Management: Configure and manage web-based approval workflows and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Schedule and monitor IDM background jobs, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and apply system patches.
• Reporting: Write SQL queries using different joins and key functions; understand SAP IDM tables & views.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IDM implementation and administration.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL scripts, with proficiency in customizing workflows and identity tasks.
• Support: Ability to support internal/external audits and access reviews.
