Description

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead the management and optimization of cryptography controls to align with the bank’s risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Review and oversee control implementations, including documenting controls and continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Engage with control owners and stakeholders across organizational levels, including senior management, audit, and regulators.
  • Develop and manage performance reporting, including KPIs and effectiveness metrics, to track and improve control efficacy.
  • Ensure cryptography controls are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration among control owners and cybersecurity teams to share knowledge and strengthen defenses.
  • Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness and understanding of cryptography control strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong focus on cryptography or related fields.
  • Proven knowledge of risk management, controls frameworks, and regulatory compliance within cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional work with cybersecurity, audit, and business units.
  • Stakeholder management experience and ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify governance process challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Fluent English (excellent command).
  • Eligibility: existing legal right to work in the European Union.
