Description

Lead the finance integration workstream within a large program, from action plan and scheduling to budget ownership and cross-team dependencies. Coordinate business and IT activities around changing finance systems—especially ERP and accounting document flows—and run regular team cadence while keeping program leadership and sponsors informed. Ensure finance processes are ready from day one after the formal company combination, with risk detection and mitigation in close collaboration with compliance, audit, risk, and legal teams.

  • Coordinate business–IT integration for finance systems (ERP) and accounting document processes

  • Organize team operating rhythm: cyclical status updates, working workshops, and ongoing alignment with subject-matter and IT experts

  • Provide ongoing progress updates and raise potential blockers to program leadership and sponsors

  • Ensure alignment between the finance stream and other program areas (IT, HR, legal, business)

  • Secure critical finance processes and prepare contingency plans for complications after formal merger

  • Identify integration risks and propose countermeasures with compliance, audit, risk, and legal teams

  • Oversee implementation across controlling, statutory and management accounting, taxes, actuarial work, regulatory reporting, settlements and invoicing, reinsurance, management reporting, and investments

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience delivering transformation or integration projects/programs

  • Experience bridging business and IT perspectives, ideally with finance system changes

  • Background in mergers, acquisitions, or large integration/transformations

  • Understanding of insurance-company finance processes

  • Experience communicating and negotiating with executive leadership and multiple stakeholder groups

Benefits

  • Participation in a large, prestigious integration program in the insurance sector

  • B2B contract on attractive terms

  • Strategic role with real impact on one of the program’s key processes

  • Hybrid work model (Warsaw; max 2 remote days/week)

  • Collaboration with broad expertise and senior management stakeholders

  • Opportunity to develop skills in managing large M&A programs

  • Preferred benefits: MultiSport and Luxmed packages (available to purchase on favorable terms)
