Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of products supporting global dairy operations, ensuring deliveries and operations meet agreed business outcomes, SLAs, and KPIs. You will act as the central facilitator across product teams, balancing project-based work and ongoing technical delivery, and help shift delivery from a project-driven approach to a product- and value-focused model. You will also manage external service contracts and apply fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a range of SC IT products (initially 5–8), covering solutions and services

• Perform product lifecycle management, including lifecycle strategy in collaboration with IT architects

• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs

• Plan and coordinate product delivery developments with the IT digital manufacturing team and Supply Chain business

• Manage external service contracts to ensure service standards are consistently met

• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies pragmatically to each task

Requirements

• Basic experience and understanding of IT delivery, operations, or engineering/project management

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

• Big-picture view focused on orchestration and team enablement

• Structured work approach and good planning skills

• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation

• Knowledge of IT delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL), including SLAs and KPIs

• Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and external partners

• Flexible mindset to adapt methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
