Description

Lead the delivery of a scalable, secure platform built on GCP and Open Source technologies. Coordinate work between business and engineering while applying DevSecOps best practices and staying close to real engineering challenges. Oversee application security, secrets management, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across business and technology
• Identify technical risks, architectural issues, and technology debt
• Support teams in delivering solutions following DevSecOps best practices
• Manage sprints, remove technical blockers, and ensure efficient production processes
• Collaborate with developers, SRE teams, and business stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and help resolve complex technical problems
• Oversee application security, secrets management, and adherence to security requirements
• Use DORA metrics to optimize software delivery processes
• Support selecting and implementing Open Source technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Practical experience with at least two: Java, Python, Node.js, Go
• Strong Google Cloud Platform knowledge, especially: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Identity-Aware Proxy
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile
• Ability to manage project dependencies and work with stakeholders
• DevSecOps experience, Security by Design, and automation of security processes
• Terraform knowledge and Infrastructure as Code
• Data-driven decision-making in a dynamic environment
