You’ll help deliver software in a startup-like environment where planning happens only a few weeks ahead and product pivots are part of the job. The team favors quick releases, open client feedback, and minimal legacy-code work, while encouraging adoption of new technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Apply your engineering mindset and broad IT knowledge to deliver in a dynamic environment

• Work with the team’s technology stack and adapt as projects pivot

Requirements

• Engineering mindset and versatility in IT domain

• Working knowledge of one or more of: React, React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, Elixir

• Desire to work with the team’s technologies (commercial experience valued)

• Strong English for daily client communication

• Strong Polish for daily team communication
