Description

Work on long-term Microsoft-based projects, including deployment and further development of cloud and hybrid environments for business clients. You will design, implement, and configure solutions across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PKI, with an emphasis on security in hybrid architecture. The role includes both pre-sales and post-sales activities: Azure migrations, environment monitoring, optimization, and client technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Microsoft projects: deployments and development of cloud/hybrid environments
• Design and configure Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PKI solutions
• Implement and evolve identity solutions (identity and access management) in Azure AD and on-prem AD
• Lead technical meetings with clients, identify business needs, and recommend optimal technology solutions
• Support pre-sales (advisory, solution concepts) and post-sales (implementation, configuration, optimization)
• Organize and deliver trainings and workshops for clients
• Migrate systems and applications to Microsoft Azure and manage hybrid architecture
• Monitor environments and evolve them according to industry standards and best practices
• Continuously build technical expertise and follow Microsoft 365 and Azure technology trends

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory and/or PKI
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Azure AD and M365 Admin Center
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English
• Higher education (preferred: IT, telecommunications, or related)
• Willingness to obtain Microsoft certifications and develop skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Strong work organization, independence, and accountability
• Client communication skills and experience working in a project environment
