Description

Design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure while modernizing delivery with GitOps, Kubernetes, and security-by-design CI/CD pipelines. Embed DevSecOps and automated compliance into enterprise pipelines, and apply AI-driven tooling to improve infrastructure automation, code review efficiency, and incident troubleshooting. Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Architect and run enterprise Kubernetes clusters on EKS and/or AKS
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps continuous delivery workflows
• Integrate security frameworks and automated compliance scanning into pipelines (“shift left”)
• Evaluate and leverage AI-driven DevOps tooling and AIOps/observability capabilities
• Lead technical intake discussions and align application architecture with cloud-native practices
• Coach and mentor junior/mid-level engineers via code reviews and workshops
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure production reliability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Site Reliability Engineering with senior/lead experience
• Strong production experience across both AWS and Azure and cloud-native security tooling
• Experience integrating security frameworks (OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, NIST) and automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with SAST and Dependency/SCA scanning (e.g., Snyk, SonarQube, Aqua Trivy)
• Practical AI-driven DevOps experience (e.g., code generation/refactoring and AIOps-style anomaly detection)
• Advanced production-tested Terraform skills (modules, state management, workspace optimization)
• Hands-on Kubernetes operations on Amazon EKS and/or Azure AKS (ingress, app gateways, network policies)
• Extensive CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI and GitOps workflows (Argo CD/Flux)
• Strong networking fundamentals including VPNs/hybrid connectivity, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, and DNS architectures
• Excellent communication and demonstrated passion for mentoring
