Description

You will support a critical Global Know Your Customer (GKYC) program by delivering high-quality data analytics, design, and development. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement changes and produce structured, professional outputs. The environment is fast-paced with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the GKYC program with data analytics, design, and development

• Work closely with business areas and leads across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and Business to implement changes

• Deliver high-quality, well-organized work while continually seeking the best solutions for the organization

• Adapt to a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience in data management or data quality (preferably within financial services)

• Advanced SQL

• Expertise in Python, R, Java, and/or Scala

• Familiarity with data taxonomy and the ability to build small data models

• Experience with Power BI to create clear, actionable reports

• Background in financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions)

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
