Description

You will elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements while partnering with architects and business counterparts to deliver high-value solutions. You will analyze and visualize data from multiple sources, create data mappings, and perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be states. You’ll contribute to solution designs and deliver artifacts such as documented solution requirements (with acceptance criteria) and detailed solution design documents.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Bridge business and IT to ensure alignment and transparency

• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources

• Create data mappings and perform as-is vs to-be gap analysis

• Analyze and contribute to IT solution designs, including documenting data flows

• Produce key artifacts: solution requirements with acceptance criteria, described to-be IT solutions, and solution design documents

• Participate in team ceremonies, manage stakeholders, and proactively seek solutions

• Share progress, achievements, challenges, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in IT/Data Analysis

• Strong, hands-on technical expertise in Snowflake

• Proven skills in Data Analysis, Solution Design, and Data Mapping

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and knowledge sharing
